If for any reason you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from ACD Systems, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase to have your funds returned.

For returns, please visit the customer service web page noted on your invoice to access appropriate customer service contact information for your region.

Please note that software CDs must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase (you can simply install your software download to avoid opening your optional CD packaging if you wish). Also, please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
